- Pay methods

Currencies
We have all prices in SEK (Swedish Kronor). To calculate to your currency you can use Visa service http://www.visaeurope.com/ or any other. Some approximate currencies: 1 EUR = 9,5 SEK, 1 GBP = 12,2 SEK and 1 USD = 7 SEK.

Credit card
When paying with credit card the transaction is handled by DIBS, which is a frequently used, established and secure credit card institute. All information about your account is handled by DIBS and data is transferred encrypted by https.

- Shipping

We use Swedish Post Office for deliveries and we will normally pack and send your order within 1-2 working-days The time for transportation varies dependent to your location. Within Sweden 1-2 days and within Europe approximately 2-5 days.

The shipment will then be forwarded to you by your countries Post Office. It varies from country to country if you will get the package delivered to your address, or if you will collect it at the local post office. This we have no knowledge about and you have to check with your post office. Just e-mail us at info@missgreta.se and we will provide you with the tracking number.

Danish/Finnish customers: you will get a notification text message via the cell phone number stated in there order, and you will then collect your package at the local nearest post office. If you did not state your cell phone number in the order the post office send you a notification letter so you can collect your package.

- Unclaimed shipments

A shipment/package not claimed at the post office (for EU countries) that will come in return to us after the time for retention period is passed (normally 14 days in most countries), we will charge a fee of 290 SEK for the cost of the return and handling this will cause us, and will be deducted from the amount of the refund of the goods. For non-EU countries we charge 500 SEK for unclaimed shipment.

- Shipping costs

Shipping cost varies between countries and cost is specified before you finish your order. For countries outside all cost for returning shall be payed and handled by the customer.

Within EU we deliver DDP for other countries specific taxes shall be payed for by the customer.

- Delivery boxes

According to availability we will deliver your order in MissGretas beautiful purple gift box. We deliver if possible more than one item in each box so if you want every single item in a gift box you need to put separate order for each item.

- To order

To order form the webshop is simple and instructions follows on the site. Only click on order under each item choose sixe and number. When the order is administrated you will get a confirmation by e-mail. Check that it is OK and if there is anything wrong please contact customer service as soon as possible. Keep the order confirmation to have available data when you have contact with us.

- Return and Exchange Policy

For orders outside Sweden we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days, valid from the day you receive the order (Just to be sent back within this time limit, 7 days. It does not have to arrive here in Sweden within this 7 days. Just sent off within 7 days after receiving the order). Changes are made to the same product but different size. If you want to change to a different product or colour you must place a new order. It is of importance that the product is unused and in original conditions. All tags including MissGretas tag shall be still attached. When returning faulty products (manufacturing faults) all transportation cost are paid by MissGreta.
Procedure:

1. Send an e-mail to info@missgreta.se and specify if you want to exchange/return or claim. State your order and item number as reference. Specify size if you want to exchange and cause if you want to claim a fault on the product. We can not grant the availability of different sizes. Fault and change shall be notified to us as soon as possible after receipt of the product.
2. We recommend that you use the same outer box for the shipping and pack it carefully.
3. When exchange/return or claim has been accepted by MissGreta we will ship the new product or refund your credit card.
4. We will do refunding within 14 days after acceptance. The time for the financial transaction differs between banks and countries.
5. We follow Swedish laws in case of disputes.

- Terms and conditions for SALE

Same conditions are valid for items bought during the sale as for items bought for regular price.

- Age of customers

To be allowed to shop on MissGreta.se you must be at least 18 years old.

- Fitting Guide

Size varies between different designers and countries as well as products so we will help you by: Give a description of the size compared to Swedish size. Taking all photos on a doll that equals to 1.76 m tall and having size 36. Trying all products our selves and gladly advising you through our customer service at info@missgreta.se.

- Important notes

MissGreta AB does not give any guarantees for that the products visible on the website are available and can continuously make changes in the assortment. We also reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site including prices. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products.
All prices shown are given in SEK and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
